Common Sense Industries, Inc. operates using highly-modified e-commerce software that had been enhanced to support its wholesale distribution business model.

One of my roles in the company was to write outlines for new software upgrades and bug fixes that our contract software engineers would then use to quote time estimates and cost of development.

My background in graphic design played a key role in this, as I often found the best way to communicate the desired look and feel of a given project was to draft up mockups by compositing screenshots of pre-existing web elements. This also allowed me to effectively control the UI/UX design of the completed project.

I would then use Google Drive as a repository to organize/share both the outlines and any other necessary resources with the software engineers.
